Guangzhou Avans Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (ACMT) has more than 20 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of composite materials. Under the trend of weight reduction in automobile industry, we are willing to make progress together with all vehicle manufacturers.
To reduce the weight of traditional metal-made vehicle body, ACMT will work with you to do the relative researches and present an optimal solution within the range of overall cost control while keeping the best performance.
We have our own R&D base in AEMF (Advanced Engineering Materials Federal) at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). There we have the most advanced equipments and top research staff.
In addition to our powerful R&D capability, ACMT is also working with several big factories in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. We have signed agreements to produce composite materials by taking equity participation with each other. Thus ACMT builds its own manufacturing base by consolidating resources in mainland China. We have series of certificates for enterprise and quality control including TS16949. ACMT base now owns 60 thermo compressors ranging from 50 tons to 2000 tons. We can make different sizes of SMC/BMC/GMT/LFT (short cut, long fiber, thermoplastics, thermosetting) and special purpose composite products (for food usage, high resistance to fire, corrosion and aging). We are able to produce 30000 tons of raw materials (including self consuming). Also we can make SMC equipments and already exported to Iran.

The molding is the core of making composite products. And ACMT base works closely with the best composite materials molding factories. ACMT′s products are not only adopted by China′s vehicle makers but also enjoying a good reputation from the civil product fields both in Japan and Europe.
ACMT base can make different kinds of SMC/BMC vehicle parts, including instrument mask, bumper and front side shell plate for truck; Fender panel, bumper and front panel for sedan. Currently we provide some vehicle makers with a truck front cover and a sedan anti-dazzle screen (PUR/honeycomb structure).
Besides SMC/BMC products, ACMT strongly recommends complicated composite materials with metal construction, for example, long fiber SMC reinforced vehicle doors, which works perfectly in weight reduction. PUR/honeycomb structure is our newly developed product, which made via full automatic processing. Also ACMT base is able to make carbon composite products with automation production process. We assume that the carbon fiber price will jump within 2 years and it will be widely used.
Depends on different products, ACMT′s technology development cycle is 15 to 30 days; Mold making and production period is 30 to 60 days. Thus we can provide you high quality products within 45 to 90 days (absolutely best cost performance in China)
We have our own brand name and all of our products marked with ACMT. Please let us know if you have any requirements at making your own logo. Molding charge and ownership subjects to relative regulations and we will make agreements accordingly.
